What is the return window?

Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they were stored under the conditions stated on the product page.

How do I start a return?

Email help@vurvhealth.com within the return window with your order number. We reply with a return authorization number and the address to ship to.

When is my refund issued?

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the shipment or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Return window

Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must have been stored under the conditions stated on the product page.

What cannot be returned

For research-integrity reasons we cannot accept opened vials, items with a broken seal, or material that has left documented storage conditions — once a lot's chain of custody is broken it cannot be resold or verified. Custom or special-order items and clearance items are also final sale.

How to start a return

Get an authorization
We reply with a return authorization number and the address to ship to. Returns sent without an authorization cannot be processed.

Ship it back
Pack items in their original packaging with the authorization number visible, and send with tracking.

Refund
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report damage, temperature excursions or an incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery. Send photographs of the outer packaging, the interior packing and the items as received. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you — no return shipment is required unless we ask for one.

Refunds and shipping costs

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error. Return shipping on eligible change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee is not charged on standard catalog items.

Wholesale returns follow the terms on your trade account; contact your account representative before returning case packs.
