Most trade accounts are verified and opened within a single business day of applying, whatever they buy.
Orders placed on a business day leave the same day, packed to each compound's handling requirements. Stocked equipment leaves within one business day; freight ships to its quoted window.
The same person handles product questions, quotes, restock timing and escalations for your account.
If something goes wrong, a shipment arrives warm, a lot document is missing, an order needs to move, tell your advisor. If it is not resolved that day, it goes to the head of the account team. You will never be asked to re-explain it to a stranger.
