What we supply

Several categories, one professional account.

Rather than stocking everything, we open a category only when we can source it consistently, document it thoroughly and support it after delivery. Every category runs through the same verified account, the same advisor and the same standards.

Services

Support that continues after the order.

Consulting works alongside the catalog for organizations introducing a category they do not currently carry. Education keeps the teams using it current. Both run through the same account and the same advisor.

Verified accounts

Laboratories, research institutions, practices and pharmacies purchasing for research use order through the trade portal, with wholesale pricing, case packs, purchase orders and invoice terms. Accounts are verified before any pricing is shared.

After delivery

Every trade account is onboarded in person, keeps a named advisor for product and continuity questions, and receives ongoing education on the categories it carries, how staff should receive, store and handle research material, and how devices and equipment are installed, serviced and supported.
