VURV, Inc., through its VURV® RESEARCH division, is a chemical supplier — not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

VURV, Inc. collects only the information needed to operate this storefront: the name, email address, shipping address and order history attached to your account, and — for trade accounts — the business details supplied on your wholesale application.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive, see or store your full card number. Order data is shared with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier solely to deliver your order.

We do not sell personal information. Transactional email (order confirmations, shipping notices, account and password messages) is sent because it is necessary to complete your order, not for marketing.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by writing to help@vurvhealth.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, retaining only what tax and transaction records require.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, institution or business purchasing for laboratory research to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

All site content — text, imagery, product data and the VURV® marks — is owned by us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You may not resell, relabel or redistribute material purchased here for human or veterinary use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VURV, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from misuse of products purchased here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Your contract of sale is with VURV, Inc. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is fulfilled.

Retail orders are charged in full at checkout. Approved wholesale accounts may submit a purchase order number and be invoiced according to the terms set on the account; case-pack minimums and volume price breaks apply in the trade portal.

Placing an order confirms that you are purchasing for laboratory research only. We may decline or cancel any order — with a full refund — where use, quantity or destination is inconsistent with research use.
