Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. Wholesale orders with a purchase order may take an extra business day while terms are confirmed.

Compounds that require temperature control ship in insulated packaging with gel packs sized to the selected transit time. Cold-chain material is shipped Monday through Wednesday so it does not sit in a facility over a weekend; if you choose standard shipping on a cold-chain item, we may upgrade the service at no cost to protect the material.

Move refrigerated shipments into storage promptly on arrival. Gel packs may arrive partially thawed — that is expected and does not indicate a problem on its own.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships, and the same tracking appears in your account under order history. Status moves from processing to shipped to delivered as the carrier scans the package.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is in the carrier's hands, and we are not responsible for material delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less shipping once received and inspected.

We recommend a business or lab address where someone can receive the package. Signature on delivery is available on request.

We ship within the United States only and do not export. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, and some jurisdictions may restrict specific compounds — if a restriction applies to your order we will contact you before charging or shipping.
